WaveCAD has no integrated help... No pressing F1 in the program.
You're stuck reading it here, and then playing with the software.

WaveCADs has four major windows.

The main 3D view window in the top right.
This is where you can see the hulls shape.
You can rotate the view by dragging with the left mouse button anywhere in the 3D image.
You can also change the rotation mode, by holding SHIFT or ALT as you drag.
Given that, experiment and figure it out... It's easier than explaining it.

The "control tree" in the top left pane.
Most of WaveCADs commands, adjustments, and options are accessible in the control tree, located in the upper left pane.
You can choose views, tools, adjustments and so on all by clicking objects in this pane.
For instance, to adjust the seat's height, you click once on the seat height item. A slider control will appear, and you can use it to move the seat position up and down.

The FLAT view in the lower right pane.
The FLAT view, displays of a particular part or aspect of the design, in planar (flat) form, in the lower right pane.
This window is where you can make all changes to the hulls shape. The hull shape is developed from three things

·The plan view, or overhead outline of the hull
·The rocker profile, or bottom curve.
·A set of "formers", each defining the cross section of the hull at a point along it's length.

All of these shapes are modified in the FLAT view, in the bottom right pane.
To do so, select either the Rocker, Plan, or Former items in the tree. The chosen curve will appear in the FLAT view. Use the control points to adjust the shape.

There's textual information about the design in the small lower left pane.
This window just displays textual information about the design. Like length overall, width...
You cant perform any input or control operations in this window.
