Keyboard controls

The following functions are available by pressing the corresponding key on the computer keyboard.   

   Key         Function

	Space Bar	Simulation Reset
	P	Pause / UnPause (toggle)
	R	Record Playback bar show/hide

   
   I         Idle Up (toggle, only if mapped to the keyboard)   
   CTRL (left side)      Idle Up (toggle, only if mapped to the keyboard)   

   H         Throttle Hold (toggle, only if mapped to the keyboard)   
   CTRL (right side)   Throttle Hold (toggle, only if mapped to the keyboard)
