HeliSimRC includes a simulation of the behavior of a real tail gyro/servo system.
This simulation will demonstrate things you may notice on your real helicopter.

A slight tail wag when the rotor torque changes.

Heading drift over time.
A good default setup is Heading Hold - zero drift - Medium Gain.
If you're learning to fly, and have a tail that drifts a little... It may be useful for you to practice with a little drift turned on in these settings.
Or, if your heli has a great tail system, you may just want to set it for Perfect.
